Ashling, Inc. worked with Peter Niemitz Design to construct the South End Buttery with emphasis on maintaining the old world charm this petite corner location possessed. This was accomplished with the use of recycled wide plank oak floors, bead board wainscot, painstaking restoration of the decorative tin ceiling and trim. Repair of historical storefront included replacement of all glazing and doorways with the addition of new granite step as well as decorative lighting and retractable awnings.
